Our keycaps are manufactured and shipped from Shandong, in China.

Which countries do you ship to

We currently ship to all countries in the world using SF Express for a $15 flat fee, except for the US.

Due to the recent tariffs we are now shipping to the US using Yun Express. There is a small markup compared to the rest of the world, and this is DDP, meaning you won’t have to pay any custom fees/tariff when the package arrives to your door.

My order seems stuck, there hasn’t been any updates for a while

After 5 days of inactivity, it’s worth keeping an eye on. If it’s been more than 8 days (especially if it’s stuck at customs), reach out to us and we’ll file a claim with the shipper. Under those thresholds, there’s unfortunately not much we can do — even though we know it’s super frustrating.

Why is my package held at customs

Customs can be unpredictable. Some are fast, others… less so. Busy seasons like Christmas can also cause big delays. We can’t intervene directly, but if your package has been stuck at customs for more than 8 days, let us know — we’ll file a claim and either try to get it moving or reprint your order.

My order is marked as received but I haven’t received it

A few things might have happened: Most of the time, the package was left with someone else (a neighbor, family member…) who forgot to let you know — ask around. Some local delivery companies also do a poor job updating tracking, and the package might have been dropped at their local office — check with your local courier (ask us if you don’t know who that is). If none of the above helps, let us know so we can file a claim — in most cases, it’s the sender who has to handle that.

My package is marked as lost

We’ve got you! If your package is confirmed lost, we’ll reprint and resend your order. Just contact us and we’ll put it back into the production queue.
