How does the order process work

🛒 After you finish designing and double-check your set, you can place your order on the website.

⏳ Once payment is confirmed, your set goes into our production queue. Printing takes about 4–9 days.

🔍 Before we ship anything, we’ll send you a photo preview of your keycaps. This lets you confirm everything looks correct. We do two rounds of quality control, but since dye sublimation is a manual process, a few small issues might still happen.

💁 If something looks off, you can leave us a message. We’ll reprint the affected keys and send another preview before shipping.

🚚 Once you give us the green light, we ship your set the next working day.

Where can I check my order status

You can check the status of your order anytime on the My Orders page.

Can I cancel or get a refund after placing an order

It depends on whether we’ve started production yet.

If your order arrives and there’s a problem caused by us, we’ll replace the affected keys for free.

I made a mistake in my design — can I fix it

If it’s too late to cancel your order, we can still help.

We offer small add-on batches for a small fee. Just email [email protected] with:
