I couldn’t find my keyboard

You can now create your own keyboard layout! Start by

• Open the Playground
• In the “settings” panel, pick a keyboard that is close to yours (ie. looking for a Keychron K5 ISO French → select “Keychron” as the brand, and pick the Keychron K5)
• Then click the “options” button. You might already find the options you need here.

• If not, click the “Add/remove keys” button

• You are sent to the Editor app, where you can edit the keyboard layout very easily. Read the docs if you have questions, or contact us through the chatbox.

Do you offer doubleshot PBT

No, Yuzu only supports dye sublimation printing. Doubleshot PBT is a different manufacturing process that requires producing costly steel molds and is not viable for one-offs or even small scale production.

Can you do shinethrough RGB keycaps for backlit keyboards

No, dye sublimation does not allow for transparent legends, so Yuzu keycaps are not shinethrough-compatible.

Our sister company FK Custom offers several keycap profiles compatible with shinethrough keyboards.

Can you do pudding keycaps

No, pudding keycaps require a transparent lower half which isn’t possible with our current production methods. Yuzu keycaps are solid and opaque.

Can you help me design my custom keycaps

We don’t offer custom design services — but the Playground gives you all the tools you need to create something totally unique on your own. And if you ever feel stuck, our Discord community can help, post about your set in the #wip channel to receive feedback.

How to write text on multiple lines

To add multiple lines of text on a key, use Shift + Enter when typing in the label field. This will insert a line break.
